![]() So I do help developers and what are you doing?Īnd btw. And asides of this work I sometimes even worked directly with developers for game translations for free. Our expectation is for orders to be charged when Dawnthorn, the 8-bit sister game to Hazelnut is first released to backers. Hazelnut is available to back again for a limited time. And that doesn't mean that I may not criticize it if a demo does not even work :PĪnd if you think what I am doing is no work then go please and do it at first yourself, try it out and you'll see it is quite time consuming and not this easy, as you might think. Hazelnut Bastille is a precedent-driven, pixel art topdown adventure, referencing its design sensibility and mechanics foundation from the 90's classics. Hazelnut Bastille, a 16bit Indie Adventure Created by Aloft Studio Hazelnut Bastille is a topdown, Zelda-like ARPG, presented in a rigorously-period 16 bit style. If all in life would be about the cut, there wouldn't be anything good on the world anymore at all, and to me people that develop games are one of the few ones that try to realize their dream and stick to their heart. On my little page and channel on YouTube you can see that I am always honest and even if it are humble beginning, everyone started once like this and I stick to my attitude to stay a good person, instead of impressing people like you that make fun of small growing things like mine. And to build up anything without cheating and betraying is hard. For that reason the honest curators, that do really any work to help people to find good games or/ and help developers to make their game better known out there do have a hard time to find people that trust them. ![]() The video provides a look at the various environments and showcases the main character in numerous dicey situations. What started off as a small prototype for the developer has blossomed into a full fledged package. That is in short words what every smart dev will tell you and know after a while on steam. by Ryan Radcliff OctoAloft Studio has provided a trailer showing Hazelnut Bastille in action. Usually they sell those keys on other platforms and pages and keep that money. Aloft Studio is happy to annouce that we have opened backing again for Hazelnut Bastille, for late and international backers. You think that is a support for developers? Welcome to dreamworld, it is not, those guys ripp of the developers. But in the end they got those thousand+ followers, that did not join because of their content, but because the curators were clever enough to join other groups for a timebeing to do advertise their own group there and pull followers and members. They promiss people then that everyone would get a key, of course they never keep such promisses. Might build up my influence slowly but steady, but first of all you need to know that most curators on steam don't write anything, they are far too lazy for doing any work, they steal free keys from the devs and use them to get thousands of followers.
